Riežupe Sand Caves have a 2-kilometer-long underground labyrinth created by human hands. Visitors can see the maze 460 meters long.

It is said that caves have a strange power, but their sand is used for medicinal purposes. Currently, it is the longest cave system in Latvia, located about 5 kilometers from Baltic Rancho estate.

The air temperature in the caves is constant all year round: + 8 °C.

The biggest ostrich farm in Latvia “Nornieki”, located near Kuldīga, provides the opportunity to purchase healthy and valuable ostrich meat products and go on an excursion in the ostrich and goat farm.

This farm displays both large and small birds, the process of incubation of ostrich eggs, and goats. The Restaurant Ar Putniem (with birds) is located on this farm. “Nornieki” produces and delivers fresh meat to the best restaurants and individual customers in Latvia.

The farm also hosts tourists and offers creative workshops. Ostrich meat and ostrich eggs can be enjoyed daily at the restaurant.In summer you can enjoy all the goods on an outdoor terrace with a view. Catering services are available.
